Helpful customer service, handy custom control panel, and really flexible policies and features. Aside from all the normal features you’d get for signing up, though, my discount coupons also get you:

If you’re looking for a hosting provider that offers anything you would ever need, I highly recommend my own host, DreamHost. DreamHost just announced a partnership with Bandwagon, an FTP-based, Mac-only iTunes backup service, and in return, Bandwagon is hooking up their customers with a free year of DreamHost service. Jebus - that’s a lot of discounts being exchanged. Nevertheless, I just signed up with Bandwagon and have begun my initial backup of ~ 64GB of 6396 iTunes items. It’ll be interesting to see how this goes.

No DreamHost - bad DreamHost! It’s 2007! FrontPage is not a ‘goodie!’ I vote that you create a new top-level category in the CP called ‘Baddies’ into which you can drop things like FrontPage and… uh, well just FrontPage for now.
